Youth Praise

Youth Praise is a monthly service by and for the young people in our parish. The service is up-beat and very much spirit led, with music, dance, meditations, activities, refreshments, prayer, testimonies, audio-visual presentations, Fair Trade stalls, and of course a meaningful talk sandwiched between periods of worship and praise.

Worship GroupThe worship is led by our band Disciples under the direction of Martin Davis. The instrumentalists are Martin Davis (piano), Tim Coppen (drums), Dom Coates (drum trainee), Gareth Key (keyboard and vocals), Jasmine Bennett ('cello), Dan Clarke (bass guitar), George Tucker (guitar). Vocalists: Irene Carter, Felicity Day, Daisy Crisfield and Tansy Bennett. There are also others who sing and play various instruments.

Fair Trade StallWe are joined in worship by the young-at-heart members of the parish, CYPECS, members of the AdLib youth group from Oakhill Methodist Church, Shepton Mallet Baptist Church and members of the Christian Union from Wells Cathedral School. Also we welcome members from various youth groups in Glastonbury and the Children's Worship Group from St Francis' Church in Bedminster, Bristol.

Truly a county-wide praise service!

Our next service is on Sunday July 11th at 18.00. We hope to see you there!
